A partnership starting with a new look
SNL-Tech Services is a woman-owned IT Solutions Firm located in Frederick, MD, that offers a multitude of IT services to both residential customers and small- to medium-sized businesses in the Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington DC areas.
Shay wanted a new look for her business. I sat down with her to discuss her new vision. She wanted something that portrayed “technology” but didn’t want anything literal (i.e. illustrations of a computer). We discussed a few concepts and we seemed to gravitate towards this “connected” look – technology working seamlessly together. This box and line illustration subtly hints at the resemblance of a circuit board and Shay loved it.
Website design and lead generation
With a rebrand came a new website design. The design focused more on her ideal clients and also Shay's story to relate to her ideal client. With no way to previously generate leads, we came up with a free guide of detailed information about outsourcing IT. We also began to discuss an email marketing strategy.
Email marketing and blog management
Shay enjoys writing, so, with some guidance and creating a template she can use again and again to quickly compose and send her email blasts, Shay is staying in front of her audience sending bi-weekly emails.
To help with their website’s SEO and to provide a source of ongoing helpful and original content online, Shay started her first blog. With the plethora of helpful knowledge and information that Shay has, this is helping her to position herself as a trusted resource in her field.
Social media management and content creation
Using a mix of video and graphics on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to increase reach across platforms, we work together to come up with video and content ideas. I handle the editing and creation so Shay can focus on her daily business operations.
Print isn't dead
When bringing on a new client, SNL-Tech Services also now has custom-designed welcome packets with helpful tips and information. Something tangible, in an ever-increasing digital world, can make such an impact on a new client. Include a referral card and voilà, this gives her word-of-mouth marketing a boost! I am excited to see the potential and growth in SNL-Tech Services through our partnership.
